RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS POLICY

No Cancellation: Orders placed with Sheroes Trends cannot be canceled after 3 pm on the date of order placement. We have a strict no-cancellation policy.

Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare instance that you receive a damaged or defective product, please reach out to our customer support within 72 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Pilferage Claims: If you suspect that your order has been tampered with or you receive a partially empty package, kindly
contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We will investigate and assist in resolving the matter.
